Nose Injury Evaluation
The evaluation of a nose injury begins with a medical history and physical examination. Images

Physical findings in someone with a nose injury may include:
  • Inability to breathe through the nostrils
  • Septal hematoma:
    • Blood clot in the thin wall that separates the two nasal passageways
  • Deformed nose Images
  • Facial tenderness
  • Facial swelling
  • Facial bruise Images
Tests may be required to determine the extent of the injury.
